Return & Refund Policy 

Thanks for shopping at T's Wicked Wonders. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, exchange or a store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software products

* Health and personal care items

* Prepaid cards

* Subscriptions

* Customized or homemade products

* Tarot, oracle and card decks

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a return form. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Book with obvious signs of use

* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at TswickedWonders@gmail.com

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

*All items are sale items online unless noted in item description.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace or give a store credit to items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need a store credit for your purchase, send us an email at TswickedWonders@gmail.com and we will send you further shipping instructions. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at TswickedWonders@gmail.com and put EXCHANGE in subject line.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate or card will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified about your return.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

*Please note: 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $50.00 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping & Return Policy

T's Wicked Wonders ("we" and "us") is the operator of

(https://www.Tswickedwonders.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect

and set expectations on our service.

1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

3. Returns

3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind T's Wicked Wonders will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. T's Wicked Wonders, will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

3.2 Warranty Returns

T's Wicked Wonders will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 60 days of receipt of items. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim. Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect T's Wicked Wonders to process your warranty claim within 7-14 days. Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a refund in store credit

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

 

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 14 days

4.2 Transit time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 14 - 30 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 -14 business days of payment of order Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

4.4 Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

T's Wicked Wonders will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

 

4.6 Military Address Shipping

We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.

4.7 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

6. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website

 

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without any additional fees to be paid by customer upon arrival in destination country

8. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations order 12 HOURS after ordering, we will refund the entire amount. If an order has already been PAST 12 HOURS, please refer to our refund policy.

9. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

​

 

9.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

9.2 Process for parcel lost in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.

Handmade Disclaimer and Shipping

*The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order.

Shipping: Most products take 1-2 weeks to complete the order. Custom and Handmade orders take 2-4 weeks to complete.

This information allows us to better tailor our content and services to our customers' needs. BOOK AVAILABILITY
All of our titles are subject to availability. Prices may be subject to change.

We maintain the availability of titles on our website as accurately as possible. Changes to our inventory are automatically uploaded to our website 2 times per day. They do NOT happen in real time. Below are brief explanations of the availability terminology you'll find on our website.

"IN STOCK":  - This book was on our store's shelves and in our inventory system the last time inventory data was uploaded to our website. Please contact us to confirm the availability of a title before relying on this information. If you place an order and the book is not available at the time of your order, We'll be glad to offer you a refund or a replacement book, of the same title or the same author, make sure to choose that in the wicked reads policy option when you place your order. If you do not make your choice, we will decide the best option for your order.

SHIPPING - Usually Arrives in 5-14 Days -your book should be readily available to either ship directly to you OR be on it's way. If you order it now, and it's delayed, we will notify you or ship it to you when we receive it from the publisher.

OUT OF STOCK - This book is NOT available. You can request to be notified when it is back in stock.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, and our shop gift certificates.

ORDER AND DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

Our online ordering department will send you an email to confirm that we've received your order and will inform you again when your purchase is complete, and your shipment is on its way.

SHIPPING METHODS

We ship orders via the US Postal Service ( I don't support no one else ). Orders are usually received within 7 to 14 business days. Arrival time depends on how far from Pittsburgh, Pa the order is being sent. If there's going to be a longer shipping time, we will contact you via email. Tracking information for all orders, regardless of shipping method, is available and will be emailed once your order ships.

RETURNS

All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to management discretion. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items in their original, salable condition.


Please make sure to read the policy section on our website to get a full detail of all the instructions for all our policies. Need to return an item purchased online that arrived damaged? Did we send you the wrong book? ( All online orders are processed by real people who occasionally make mistakes! ) Give us a call at (724) 318-2282. We'll generate a shipping label so you can return the order to us, free of cost to you. We'll be glad to offer you a refund or a replacement book, subject to availability.

Cancellations by you:
If you cancel your order 12 HOURS after ordering we will refund the entire amount.

WHOLESALE TERMS and CONDITIONS 

If you’re a retailer looking to carry T’s Wicked Wonders, LLC’s handmade products in your brick and mortar or online store, then welcome! I’m grateful for your interest in my work. The following is my Wholesale Agreement: 

 

WHOLESALE PRICING:

All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive wholesale prices, which are 50% of set retail prices. Due to the nature of the materials I work with, prices and availability are subject to change without notice. 

 

The retailer will pay the cost of shipping on any order under $375. If the order placed is over $375, I will cover the cost of shipping for the retailer. 

 

Due to the nature of T’s Wicked Wonders, LLC small business handmade production process, for any product to be available for wholesale a minimum order quantity (MOQ) must be met in order to purchase. 

The suggested retail price (or “SRP”) is the minimum price for which retailers are permitted to sell any of T’s Wicked Wonders, LLC handmade products. Retailers may price the products in excess of the SRP, but are not permitted, under any circumstances, to sell T’s Wicked Wonders, LLC handmade products for less than the SRP without prior written authorization from T’s Wicked Wonders, LLC. 

In the event that the retailer chooses to place T’s Wicked Wonders, LLC handmade products for sale at a discount, the retailer is not permitted to discount the pieces more than 15% below the SRP. 

 

OPENING ORDERS: 

A minimum of $300 is required for opening orders in order to supply an attractive display of the collection, plus the cost of shipping. Orders must be paid in full with a credit card or through PayPal before production can begin.

REORDERS: 

There is a minimum reorder amount of $200, plus the cost of shipping. 

 

BILLING: 

At this time, I am not extending credit terms. All orders must be accompanied by payment in full at the time of the order. 

 

 

FABRICATION & LEAD TIME: 

Each item is handmade to order. Once an order is placed, please allow 11-14 business days for production. I am solely responsible for all production and I do everything I can to fulfill orders in a timely manner for you. However, please keep in mind that due to the nature of T’s Wicked Wonders, LLC small business handmade production process, lead times may also change unexpectedly. I will always keep you informed and communicate any changes to you promptly. Orders placed during busy seasons are also subject to longer lead times.

RUSH ORDERS: 

T’s Wicked Wonders, LLC may be able to rush your order if the production schedule allows. A rush order is defined as a retailer needing their order to ship out within 7 business days of placing the order. 

Rush orders up to $300 in value will require an additional production fee of $100. Rush orders from $300 to $600 in value will require an additional production fee of $150. Rush orders beyond $600 in value will require an additional production fee equal to 25% of their total order cost, less shipping. The retailer will be responsible for any expedited shipping methods. I will send a digital invoice for the additional charges that must be paid before shipment of the rush order.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING: 

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service, (USPS). Expedited shipping methods and other carriers may be used at the retailer's expense. International orders are subject to various customs restrictions and may have different shipping requirements. The retailer is responsible for all shipping, duty fees and taxes that may occur. 

 

DAMAGES/DEFECTS: 

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact me at my email:  Tswickedwonders@gmail.com or my business phone: 724-318-2282 within five days of receiving a damaged or defective shipment. Note that the policy states: "within five days of receiving" and not "within five days of opening.” This means that if an order is received, but not opened for six days and it is damaged, the return cannot be accepted. Please keep all packaging with the return, including packaging materials, even if damaged. 

 

Returned merchandise will be repaired or replaced with new merchandise if unable to be repaired. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt or if returned without contacting me to report damage or defects as outlined above. The retailer is responsible for all return shipping charges. I will send a digital invoice for the additional charges that must be paid. 

 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES: 

Wholesale orders are handmade especially for your business once it is ordered. Therefore, merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. I will only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above. 

 

PACKAGING: 

All pieces in your order will come in specific packaging that could include earring cards, necklace tags, or bracelet tags. 

 

Some handmade jewelry will also include one branded bag kit for every piece of jewelry in the order. This branded bag kit includes a 4x4” canvas zipper pouch with T’s Wicked Wonders, LLC branding, a business card, a care card, and a polishing pad. Retailers who have customers purchasing one or multiple handmade jewelry items in the retailer’s business are required to package said items in the provided branded bag kit. 

 

Should your business require more branded bag kits for any reason, please contact me at my email:  Tswickedwonders@gmail.com or my business phone: 724-318-2282 and I’ll be happy to get more to be shipped out to you. The retailer is responsible for shipping and product charges and will be sent a digital invoice before shipment. 

 

REPRESENTATION OF PRODUCT: 

Retailers are not permitted, under any circumstances, to display and/or sell T’s Wicked Wonders, LLC handmade products, whether on their premises or elsewhere, without the packaging/labeling provided. 

I am more than happy to provide you with product photos—just email me at my email:  Tswickedwonders@gmail.com for permission and I will send them over.

T’s Wicked Wonders, LLC retains all rights to all images of products provided and retains the right to prohibit the use of any and all images provided. Retailer may not alter (e.g., crop, change background colors, add text) provided photos other than to size appropriately for website and marketing materials. 

 

If the retailer sells T’s Wicked Wonders, LLC products on their online store, the description of the product must include that it is “handmade by T’s Wicked Wonders, LLC.” 

 

HANDMADE VARIABILITY: 

Due to the handmade nature of my small business fabrication process and the materials used; no two items will ever be exactly the same. The items pictured in the T’s Wicked Wonders, LLC wholesale collection are a close representation of the finished items you will receive.
