Cancellation Policy
Initial Consultation Policy T’s Wicked Wonders, LLC – Life Coaching Services Initial Consultation Details Session Length: 20-minute discovery call Purpose: To explore your goals, introduce my coaching style, and determine if we are a good fit to work together. Consultation Fee: $25 (non-refundable) booking fee to secure your appointment. If you decide to book a coaching package within 7 days of the consultation, your $25 fee will be credited toward your package price. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule the initial consultation. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation will forfeit the $25 booking fee. No-shows will forfeit the $25 booking fee and may require prepayment for any future bookings. Rescheduling Rescheduling with more than 24 hours' notice is allowed without losing your fee. A new appointment must be booked within 14 days of the original consultation date. Emergencies Life happens! In cases of true emergency, please contact me directly. I may offer a one-time courtesy reschedule at no extra charge. Summary Booking Fee: $25 (credited toward future package if booked within 7 days) Cancellation <24 hrs or No-Show: Fee forfeited Reschedules allowed with 24+ hrs notice Important Reminder: Your consultation time is reserved just for you.
