Return & Refund Summary

Return Window:
• Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with receipt.
Non-Returnable Items:
• Herbs, teas, oils, candles, sprays, or any opened spiritual/consumable item.
• Digital products, gift cards, subscriptions, workshops, classes, tickets.
• Personalized/custom items, books, journals, magazines.
• Items from vendor events or craft shows.
• Any item not in original condition or returned after 14 days.
Damaged/Incorrect Orders:
Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund.
Events & Workshops:
• Some events require a non-refundable deposit.
• In-person:
– Cancel 30 days prior for refund minus deposit
– Cancel 15 days prior: 50% store credit
– 14 days or less: no refund
• Virtual: All sales final; spot may be transferred with 48 hrs notice.
Refunds:
• Refunds go back to the original payment card only.
• If that card is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
• Sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges:
• Only for defective/damaged items. Email us for instructions.
Lost/Stolen Packages:
• Not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier.
Return Shipping:
• Customer pays return shipping.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• 5% restocking fee on returns over $50.
