Shadow Work & Healing Group
This group is a sacred container designed to help you gently yet honestly explore the parts of yourself that often stay hidden—your weaknesses, energetic blocks, emotional triggers, and unconscious patterns.
Together, we bring these “shadows” into conscious awareness so they can be understood, integrated, and healed rather than ignored or feared. Your shadow doesn’t exist to punish you—it exists to protect you. When left unseen, it can whisper stories of unworthiness, spark reactive behavior, and quietly shape your relationships. Through guided reflection and intentional healing, you’ll begin to uncover how these shadows were formed, what they’ve been guarding, and how to release the old wounds beneath them.
This work allows you to face hidden fears, process past trauma, and reconnect with your inner child in a way that is compassionate, empowering, and real. Whether you’re brand new to shadow work or already walking this path, this group invites you to go deep—into the buried darkness within—not to battle it, but to understand it… and give it a great big hug.
